The MBTI is classic and a foundation for understanding all other assessments. You will learn about your innate preferences in how you like to communicate, make decisions, show up in the world and how you are energized. Once you understand these natural preferences, you will develop further and build strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.  

Your score shows up as a 4-letter type that denotes your preference for these 4 areas.

  • How you direct and receive energy

  • How you take in information

  • How you decide and come to conclusions

  • How do you approach the outside world

Your natural preferences in these four areas sort you into one of 16 distinct MBTI personality types. Understanding these types gives you objective insight so you can get along better with people who are different than you as well as guide your direction, focus, and choices.​

Personal Impact Report

This all-in-one report offers comprehensive interpretation guidance covering a wide range of applications, as well as descriptions of personal style, specific development action items, and optional exercises for verifying type—all to facilitate the delivery of consistently high-quality interpretations.

This all-new companion website presents MBTI-type concepts in a dynamic digital format to enhance learning and retention. The website is intended to be used in conjunction with the booklet and is designed to help individuals explore further the MBTI framework after initial training. Each Introduction to Myers-Briggs® Type and Teams booklet (printed or PDF) purchased contains a unique access code that allows the owner to register for free unlimited access to the website.
